OUR WOVEN POLYPROPYLENE AIR BAGS ARE SIMPLE & EASY TO USE
All you need to inflate the dunnage bags is an external air source, and the appropriate PlastiX filling tool.
FAST FILL AIR VALVE:
- Strong spring loaded valve
- Fast filling
- Locking valve stem for easy and quick deflation
- Accepts 3 different fill heads.
AIR TOOLS
- Fast Flow fill head is designed for quick and easy inflation. It is simply inserted into the valve, engaging the spring loaded valve stem.
- Quick Connect fill head, when engaged, allows the fill head to lock on the top flange of the valve.
- Push Lock fill head slides over the outside of the valve, and is locked onto the flanges at the outer base of the valve.
DEFLATION
- Open cap.
- Gently press valve stem with quarter turn left or right to open and lock valve for deflation.
- Once bag is deflated, turn stem again to close valve, and place bags in box for reuse.
We carry a number of different inflator tools depending on your needs. They vary from simple base models to Turbo and rechargeable battery or electrical units.
Our inflator tools work with a variety of other bags in the market; but not all.
Our Turbo tools have an interlocking head which when pressed onto the valve will engage and lock onto it; thereby reducing hand/arm fatigue while the bag fills with air.
They can also easily disengage with the pull on the locking head.
